There's something about that trumpet line around the chorus that reminds me of... something 80s. I don't remember what and it's driving me crazy. I don't know if it was a band back then or even a theme song, but there is something to it that nags me.
The closest we got was Jessica's idea for "Don't turn around," whatever that song's title is. But I'm not quite sure that's it.
At any rate, I like this one more than the second sneak peek song--that one has some weirdly muted vocals that never come forward and I don't care for the effect.
Ace of Base's "Don't Turn Around," maybe? If so, that's a funny observation, but now I can't get it out of my head. I really like this Five Iron song. I am pumped for the album. I think I get why they are back together now: Because they are awesome. Man, school has been kicking my free time's butt. I have done zero recreational activities over the last two or three weeks, outside of watching the last LSU game. I have written nothing, watched nothing, and am seeing my surplus of pre-written reviews shrinking rapidly. This is mainly due to Physics, which I am truthfully not enjoying very much right now. Big test tomorrow night, and then finally a little room to breathe before the final stretch and finals. Hopefully get to e-mail you soon.
