Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen Review...the Game, not the Anime

I picked up Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen on an eShop sale a few days before Animal Crossing: New Horizons came out, thinking I'd play both games at once. That...didn't happen, but I've played through Dragon's Dogma now. And hark, the week I publish this review, I see Netflix has released an anime adaptation. Serendipity!
Here's my review of what I call an "underrated" game, if only it didn't have its own television series!
