Perspective

Somehow, as I'm thinking of The Nicperiment's future, I'm back at the beach yet again. I'm not a beach dude, or even a pool dude, so coming out here rarely feels like much of a vacation to me, even as my family enjoys it. This year, though, as I find myself gazing on yet another picture-book 2022 sunset, this one from far above Wolf Bay, I can't help but get a little ponderous. If looking at everything from high up makes even this place look beautiful to me, and most people seem odious to me on a ground level, maybe this is how God can love everyone...seeing the full picture brings a different perspective. Anyway, time to sleep off this sunburn.
